The Flexsys Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) philosophy
is based on the principle that excellence in these areas maximises
the long term value the company brings to our employees, our communities,
our customers and our share holders.
We ensure leadership through our commitment to this key area of
performance in our culture, our strategies, our plant and process
design and operation, as well as in our product design, presentation,
transportation, technical expertise and continuous support to the
communities in which we operate.

OUR COMMUNITY
Flexsys maintains a proactive and positive role in all the communities in
which we operate.
We have
community advisory panels (CAPs) at most of our facilities around the world.
We operate an open door policy for all our near neighbours and participate
in community activities where both Flexsys and the community will benefit
from our participation.
